What the events of recent days demonstrated to me is that with 6.5 billion SOI, there is an absolute @#$%load of shares being (in a relative sense) drip fed out to the market at the best price that the seller(s) can manipulate using whatever tactics are available to them.
Furthermore, results and experience are demonstrating that the going rate is very consistent in the 12.0/13 5 cent channel. This will continue until either the selling dries up or some definitive quantitative unequivocally positive trial results are announced - one or both of which have a high probability of occurring within the medium term horizon (say, eoy).
(IMO) In the meantime hold patiently or valiantly trade the pips.
