Global markets - I think abysmal sums it up.
All European markets down.
In the US, renewed panic over banking issues are at the core of negative sentiment. Earning season over in the US has been a mixed bag and even Microsofts big rise in revenue has not stopped the pessimism.
DOW closed down 228 points. The NASDAQ Biotech Index nosedived and closed down 111 points. The NASDAQ closed down 182 points.
