I get the impression that PH is ultimately not concerned if our products make it to market as he is not interested in final stage or commercialising products. He just wants them at a stage big pharma are interested in buying high potential product that has passed 2nd stage.
Confirmation on my thoughts will be confirmed if a deal when struck is outright over part payment and a royalty payments deal.
Outright deal would confirm he doesn't care if it passes 3rd stage, around 2/3rds don't pass,
A royalty deal would confirm belief and care in commercialisation of product.
