Which are easier to pick, prices on the way up or prices on the way down?
All of the non-holders cheering the price decline are just noise. They have little to no understanding of the company. They’re the Nelson Muntz of HotCopper.
The price won’t stay in a downtrend forever and all of us holders know there are KEY updates to come. These updates – if positive – will drive the share price. The price is just a point-in-time. And like the trial updates, the value will come.
So who’s buying the dip?
So as Professor Yuman says, "the science is the science”.And the science is unmoved by the daily machinations of the share price.The share price however willbe moved by the science.
So let’s revisit what we’ve been told to date about the science. These are the pointers to what is yet to come.The investors here will use these to our advantage.

Insights on the virus as a technology, taken from the roadshow presentation available on Youtube:
“this tumor on the right, was not injectednowhas virus” - informing us thatthe virus not only infects cancer but travels there to get it.
“virus that was made in the other side, injected intothe bloodstream, travelled to the other side” – telling us the virustravels and that IV works.
“a few more weeks later, those tumors WILL disappear” – noexplanation needed for this one.
Now on to his insights for the current CF33 trials, both Checkvacc and Vaxinia:
Onto Checkvacc:
“ triple negative breast cancer is the WORST cancer a woman can have” - yikes! and we started with this one? Talk about confidence.
"we're in the 3rd cohort and things are going very very well” - self explanatory. On the inclusion of hnis: it “allows us to track virus. DEFINITELTY only goes to tumor. And it goes there very very well” – tellingus we can track its progress and its work.
“this is HUMAN DATA and the fact it correlates to what we saw in mice is kinda gratifying” – HUMAN DATA, not mice!
“every time you see it happen that what you do in man replicates exactly what you see in mice is kinda exciting, because then we know our models are pretty good”
“increase in PDL1 – tells us that the tumor will become sensitive to ALL the checkpoint inhibitors” – reinforces the approach to combination therapies.
“we’re at teeny tiny doses still, we’re just in the 3rdcohort and we started at very low dose……we’re already seeing biologic responses that are highly highly promising” - again, self explanatory.
On to Vaxinia:
IMU to the FDA: hey, “can we treat patients with intertumoral and at the same time treat patients Intravenously V and can we do that in any solid tumor?”
FDA: you sure can!
Note that we’re also in the 3rd cohort here, for both IT and IV.
