And I agree with u, once they invest they can short or go long as they wish. If IMU were desperate for cash, that's more understandable. But we were in a healthy cash position 2weeks before the Cashraise, so why wouldn't there be clauses put in place to protect shareholder value? That is Paul's main job. ''Creating shareholder value" that's why we invest in IMU at the end of the day.
