    regardless of Hopper loans or not - IMU was always going to be shorted once it entered the ASX200.

    Someone posted a video that explained once shares enter the ASX200, indices have to buy up huge amounts - thru are then loaned out to short (100s of Millions) especially with companies that are pre-revenue.

    I don’t think there is much else to know - send plenty of stocks that have entered the ASX200 that have tanked (pre-rev stocks)
