Most here talk about BP as if it's one entity. If "we are in talks with BP" or "setting up licensing agreements with BP" If it was only one entity then I can understand how it is possible for "BP" to suppress the SP to negotiate a lower price for a potential TO or licensing. The fact is, there are many entities within the BP category and I find it hard to believe there is collusion when there is so much at stake for future potential. My point is, if we have the "real deal" to cure cancer, why would any of them just sit back and wait and not lock away a deal even if it's just a strategic move to take it off the table from competitors.

Furthermore, news in this industry is impossible to keep secret. Results, positive or negative would be widely known so what am I missing here.
