This argument regarding LC is so silly - I'm not sure a particular poster knows what is involved with the role of non-executive director.
It's like me saying I'm giving up my monthly tennis game to focus on my golf handicap and then being accused of not being fully committed to golf in the first place because I occasionally played tennis!
