Interesting - and mixed trading overnight.
All European exchanges were up overnight - .5 to .75% range.
In the US, the DOW rose 163 points.
The NASDAQ biotech Index fell 12 points and the NASDAQ Composite fell heavily - down 294 points.
It is earnings season in the US and NETFLIX (down 10%) and TESLA (down 8%) had poor results and this dragged the NASDAQ down.
China's slowing economy is spooking the markets as well. The US economy is proving to be quite resilient with June jobless claims declining.
On another note, IMU shorting is increasing - IMU is now up to 18 on the 100 most shorted stocks on the ASX.
