The recent announcements IMU put our are all very significant , and whilst the market may well "shrug them off " in terms of catalyzing buying pressure , it does not change the fact that IMU are making incredible progress across a number of fronts .

Comments like yours are reflective of the lack of understanding on the significance of these announcements. There is a compounding effect

IMU has no need to raise capital at this point in time , although should the prospect of C33 & derivative treatments catch the market imagination that .........IMU could be getting a front row seat to a 200 billion solid tumor market - then perhaps they may raise capital .

If that were the case I'm guessing the placement price might be closer to $1.00
