Chemotherapy is far from safe. It will give cancer to a healthy person and just may prolong or give a short remission at the expense of radically damaging the body. Far from that. When one is out of options (as I was) efficacy goes out the window as you don't have the luxury of time in those instances. No drugs will ever be safe at the end of the day. Hope keeps a person alive (and focussed).
