We don’t know the finer details of the deal. I expect they needed to do this CR to pre-commit the $ to make the future milestone payments and progress the trials. Precision isn’t making a lot up front and if I was them I would be demanding a pre revenue company like IMU locked away the $ so the trials are guaranteed to be progressed and the milestone payments made.

Hopper built this company. I don’t always like what he does but generally in hindsight his financial judgement has been spot on. No one knows what will happen tomorrow with the SP, especially in this market so waiting and hoping for higher prices is just not commercially sensible. He saw a great deal, is clearly confident it has a good chance of yielding multiples of what we are paying in dilution and executed the deal. He is the largest individual shareholder, a long term investment banker and you can be guaranteed this is the calculus is doing. He’s pretty bloody good at it and backing him over all us arm chair experts.
