In all honesty I'm not concerned about the current SP. It's s**t to look at, but one needs to look at the overall picture.

I think the recent acquisition is great, and shows that the company is thinking strategically, building a much stronger position with regards to future partnership, licensing, T/O etc. Yep these things cost money, hence the cap raise. But the main reason I'm not concerned with the SP is my belief that any deal will not be based on what the current SP is at the time of a deal, but more based on how effective the treatment/s are and the potential revenue that can be generated. E.g. "We will buy CF33 platform for 50bill based on it's efficacy and forecast sales". Nothing to do with SP, MC etc. It's just a matter of time, and I'm willing to wait.

So in my opinion, time to buy up. Have been dollar cost averaging under 10c, and now with the SPP I'll be putting in as much as I can to maximise collecting the options.
