I tend to agree I think it was one of those things where they had to pull the trigger now and acquire hence the sudden unexpected cap raise for it.
Who know when the SP is going to be back over 12 cents and by then the moment would be lost.
I get people are annoyed about the set up of the cap raise and SPP and I can understand why it definitively hasn’t helped our SP. Once the SPP closes we can hopefully focus on moving forward with some nice results.
