Yep the one to vote no to is the AGM and it will be a big NO there from me and hopefully all you - on Rem and any mention of more free options with a strike price now ridiculously low due in a significant extend to their own missteps. Vote NO if for no other reason than to sent a message on accountability. You are accountable to your shareholders and you can’t crash the share price by 90% and not feel some serious heat.
Let them rip on this one. Good on LC. That is a bigslice for her. The other directors - pretty pathetic of the other directors. If they support what Fong,Chong and their other paid representatives have been telling us, they all should be backing up the trucks
