That's the problem VA - They should not have one in the first place.
Fact is- When the share price is subdued (everyone comes up with their excuses and tries to justify why- that's generally human nature) it's cheaper to buy more shares and give yourself bonus options etc
Management and the board do not deserve ANY perks this year.
When a company produces negative earning and don't meet their targets they rarely get the bonuses - Those that do are generally just feathering their own nest. Some would say that IMU have met targets etc, however I (along with many shareholders) believe IMU management are also accountable to protect the same share price they have built.
Bad decisions like Chairman selling, poorly timed credit raises etc have very much sent the share price lower by some 90%.

As I stated before, IMU management and board should be held accountable for all the Mums and Dads who have lost a great deal of their hard earned investment money.
Meanwhile IMU just want to give themselves more and more options.
When all this CR settles the right thing to do for PH and LC is to resign.
