In that time ,M&A deals by Big Pharma getting bigger and bigger for quality assets. In that time the FDA cracking down on certain big name drugs for being used off label and not delivering results on their granted fast track approvals .
40c is a steal.

A further ten fold increase is not as far fetched as it may seem if the entire portfolio is valued fairly and squarely and the OV trials produce saftey and the same outstanding results in the clinic as the laboratory. The wait for that is almost over.
