Sums up my position well. I can no longer trust management. They have overtly lied twice about their capital intentions with this raise and the last raise. Sometimes up to 2 weeks before a massive raise they have assured the market and investors they are fully funded for years.

Purely based on their lost credibility, I now wonder about the science and the possibility that they may be lying about that too, and I question if there is some agenda given this last raise seemed to intentionally crash the share price and maximise dilution. I would have never thought these things 4 weeks ago - they had my full confidence.

Re the SPP - I want to participate because the terms are good but am apprehensive for the above reasons.
