Q. If Her Vaxx is selling, why the need for a capital raise?

A. Her Vaxx is not sold yet. A deal is not done, hence the boards decision to fund independently of any forthcoming sales of either Her Vaxx or any of their products. My analysis and thought process goes back to the ESMO Asia Congress 2022 held in Singapore late last year, wherein Imugene CEO and MD Leslie Chong noted that from all accounts Her Vaxx was the star of the show. And guess what, gastric, breast and her 2 related cancers are rife, particularly in Asia. Whilst everyone wants to own the star of the show, or the best player in the team as it were. Her Vaxx would have had eyes all over it, given the markets thirst for oncology breakthroughs. Deals take time, but I’d be thinking there would be a player(s) close to closing in on Her Vaxx for a deal sooner, rather than later. Whether they are, or even exist, is purely a matter of conjecture. I believe a product such as this cannot remain on the shelf for too long, yet perhaps the overwhelming majority disagree with me.

Q. Why the need for the capital raise?





A. Because although not fully understood by the market yet, Azer Cel adds the final piece Imugene’s immunotherapy puzzle. In doing so it enables them to take control of the huge untapped solid tumour market (expected to reach USD $901.27 billion by 2029), without relying on anyone else, including CAR T providers. Imugene now owns all the pie, not merely a piece of it!
