Directors facing second strike but still have the audacity to call a CR..............I have not seen such a move in years. Is this a bold move that we do not understand? I am guessing that this move could well be justified with an ann before voting commences again. What will the ann entail?
Calling a CR when sp is at 12 month lows has to be akin to commercial suicide
