CHM's CEO Jennifer Chow was the initiator of the deal, she is a CD19 CAR-T expert, was part of teams developing it. Hopper originally wanted CHM to be the cell therapy vehicle, not IMU, but the CF33 versatility suddenly opened the door to combine both technologies and soon the B-cell tech will become part of it too when IMU's vaxx are permitted to replace Keytruda / Herceptin....
The only " negative ", still a few years to wait.
