I too have a significant holding in both IMU & RAC (very big $'s in both) and I have been trying to decide whether one or the other is a better long term bet. I have come to the conclusion that both are onto something very, very big and both have enormous SP upside potential so I'm staying with both for the foreseeable future.
Mason14 contributes a lot of well researched info on the RAC forum and I'm glad he has asked the questions he has because I look forward to reading the responses although a bunch of this goes over me head. He is not a troll although his post does present as someone trying to find fault with IMU and that's a pity because he would make a great contributor to this forum if we can get through this initial negative perception he created.
