That's great TB but at the end of the day shareholders will have to decide what to accept if an offer gets made. LC will certainly have a lot of influence but ultimately the decision will be out of her hands.
Also this could explain the relentless selling/capping. Potentially someone has tried to discuss a deal with LC and the board and she's told them they need to multiply their number by 10. They're simply using all the tools at their disposal (thanks to the big end of town friendly ASX) to get the BOD and shareholders to come around to their way of thinking.
