Here is my prediction of what is primed to happen.
The results of trials on CF33 are very positive when announced to market in early November. Roche makes an offer of a dollar a share early December (in time for Christmas). They get around 50% of IMU for $3.5B. PH and co dont sell they will collect $10 or more a share at final buy out.
This is why the company isnt to worried about commercial deals or the share price to date.
