    In all seriousness though, unless I’m missing the point of your post, the results released were for a Phase I trial. On a very small number of patients (n=16) and confirmed that their vaccine led to T-Cell activation in half of them. Still early but it means that the therapy engaged the patients own immunity to fight the cancer. Positive outcomes and gives credence to IMUs approach of really harnessing the bodies immunity to fight the cancer. Aside from killing the cancer it also leads to ‘memory’ within the immunity that can potentially fight against relapse.

    It’s also a big reason why we keep seeing details about micro environment, T-Cell (like CD8+) activation, PD-L1 response and talk of biomarkers in the results. If these factors are present it begets their is anti-cancer activity happening. At what rate is the real question.

    Hopefully not long to wait now before getting an answer to that question for CF33…
