The elephant in the room is the deja vu CR with CHM’s SP belted downwards >29% in a single session, with more pain likely. Sound familiar? I can well understand Steini’s frustration and anger.

At least IMUs had an ultra positive purpose re Azer-Cell despite the terms of the CR and IMU’s subsequent SP.

Seeking a $10M CR when the market cap now sits just above $15M is a tall order. Bell Potter will soak up any left overs - no surprises there. Offer is 2 for 3 held so as to entice punters - very ‘generous’ indeed.

I am big on IMU, and I took up IMUs SPP. Not selling. Large holding.

The trend however is a concern given the link between the two companies.

I accept and share your enthusiasm and optimism in particular on IMU.

Let’s hope IMU delivers something soon by way of up to date results, better communication with shareholders, greater (or any) disclosure of financial goals (sales/ licensing/ revenue streams) and finally turn the ship around and deliver value to shareholders.
