Hargeo If you are voting no to Resolution 10, you will be voting against the spill meeting to take place.
I will be voting in favour of Resolution 1 and against Resolution 10.
I am doing this in part due to my faith in the BOD & Management, and also partly due to the concern if the spill meeting leaves us with an ineffective BOD.
If a spill meeting occurs Directors have the choice to not reapply, we could end up losing good talent as they may support PH.
And what will we achieve if PH is booted, IMO nothing!
