Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed, but it is what I expected to see.
I'm all for people getting paid for the work they do, but ridiculous payrises for what has been accomplished over the last year, when they already had a massive windfall last year is extremely disrespectful to holders in my opinion. Keep in mind, this was up to June30 so Azercel wasn't even a thing.They benefited from their extras last year - for what? This coming year, they have dipped their hands in for an extra $580k (LC) and $100k(PH) for performance. You can bet it was structured so that most of it will be already a given based on the Azercel. While I'm sure my feelings will blow over, I couldn't care less at the moment if those piggies don't make it past the next few months.This is section 48 of res 4 and section 57 of res 5.
