I remember the increase in the remuneration being justified by the average for ASX 200 listed company Ceo's and what was required to maintain talent. Management has failed to achieve goals and is no longer an ASX 200 company this year and should not be given pay increases. Director's should only be rewarded when they meet accomplishments which increases share holder value not from KPIs which they set for themselves.
Vote no to remuneration however do not think there is anything to gain from spilling the board.
