Global markets all up overnight.
In Europe, the FTSE was up 20 points (.28%), the DAX rose 112 points (.76%) and the CAC was up 46 points (.68%).
In the US, the DOW rose 221 points (.67%). the NBI was up 59 points (1.6%), the NASDAQ Composite rose 210 points (1.64%) and the Russell small cap index rose 7 points (.45%).
US Fed held interest rates at their monthly monetary meeting. Comments made by Powell seemed to indicate no more hikes are planned.
US private payroll growth data showed slowest growth in 2 years (annualised 8.4%).
US manufacturing fell in October.
113k jobs added in October - expectations were for 150k.
US 10yr bond yields fell to 4.8%. Brent crude down to US$85.00
