Yes LC is worth every cent and more, however, just as we say
low sp is because of micro economic factors and the last thing
to hope for is a spill of the Board, probably not worth aggravating
a touchy lot of shareholders, when it should be apparent that
remuneration increases to such highly paid individuals could
happen in happier times, which one would hope are coming soon,
perhaps in the form of performance bonuses, when the/a deal
is done. However TB I agree mostly not to criticise, more a
suggestion for more tactful timing.
