Great post & as I said previously, IMU don’t raise for nothing. While it wasn’t great timing to raise for the Azer Cel acquisition, when it was announced what the raise was for, it brought back memories of the CF33 raise when people were losing their minds. I believe that they needed to do that there & then…maybe not only to enhance our IP bit to protect what we have also…IMO. We don’t know all the ins & outs but people onboard like Saul Priceman & Yuman Fong would.
Yes we have cash in the bank…to cover clinical trials & if we look at the upcoming milestones from the webinar yesterday, that’s a lot to cover with Oncarlytics, Vaxinia, PD1-Vaxx & Her-Vaxx. I posted a screen shot.
