It's also where you get a major change in spreads. You go from 1% spreads sub 10c to 5% spreads above, so it takes a lot of conviction for buyers to push it above 10c initially. Once they do though, given the large spreads, it can run incredibly fast (so imo it's not wise to wait around for it to break that 10c level before buying in)
