    But, lifestyle wins in the end.

    The better quality your lifestyle, the longer you can stave it off. Being Caucasian in this case is a big bonus compared to SE Asian, Latin etc..

    The unfortunate truth is that if you stuck everyone in a concentration camp, you'd have no T2DM. You don't have to like it, but it's the truth.

    It's a complex metabolic disorder which is heavily influenced by lifestyle choices.
