It’s sad that gastric sleeve surgery & drugs like Ozempic are sometimes required for morbid obesity, sometimes they are. For women in a healthy weight range that have money to burn just instead of exercise & realising that peri/menopause years, yep you are going to put on a bit of weight, deal with it…our Grandmothers were probably 2 dress sizes less on average, because they still worked hard, not appliances to do everything for them, but times were different then as well. I don’t believe it’s an easy fix either, but have seen some wonderful results with bariatric patients.
