@Owl vs Fox Your extended post screenshotting the multiple different outcome measures highlights the ambiguity of the study design. You are making my argument for me. Here are primary and secondary outcome measures (notice that there are no other measures) that are a little more clear and concise from a phase 1 clinical trial investigating herceptin (1). If you or anyone else takes time to review that study, you'll also notice that herceptin was trialed as a single agent (no additional FDA approved chemotherapy).
