Hi Jase99, I agree as soon the patient RP2D is determined, then that dose will be used in the trial expansion.
Leslie Chong stated the "Trial expansion is planned for 10 patients with bile duct cancers", other cancer indications that show positive efficacy tumour responses would also have a separate 10 patient trial expansion

The poster shows the number of patients to be enrolled have now been increased to 150.

A RP2D at 10 to the ninth ( that is a lot of virus) would be game set and match.
