This is a very interesting question.
i didn't screen shot short sales for 7/11 and 9/11, but on the 8/11 there were 50,510,460 or 0.7% and on 10/11 there were 60,238,816 or 0.84% shorted.
This will put us at over 500,000,000 shares short. How this translates to PA is something that hopefully doesn't affect it like it could
