I don't disagree with your point about proactive selling, however, the value proposition is a two way street and from a vendor perspective it must satisfy the needs of the buyer for the purchase to happen. That satisfaction includes fit with strategy, price, alternatives and risk. Its not as if the executives of IMU are immune to the share price and none of them, in terms of those I've met, are incompetent. The deals will come, in my opinion, when the key elements are aligned.
