Just my opinion only and may have misunderstood a HC thread sometime ago but didn't YF state he was not interested in a takeover where CF33 is involved, license only? He did not want BP to have control of CF33 and perhaps shelve it preventing huge loses in revenue if introduced. Would BP do that? Could this be why no BP offer has come to our attention as CF33 is their main interest so BP are spending 100's of millions to punish company?
