Very reasonable question mate.
My personal view is that we won't see BP come in and sweep IMU up for a song. My train of thought here is that the products and IP that the very smart people at IMU have concocted in their cauldrons represent a lifetime's worth of work and these people will want to see it taken to fruition under their own volition. It is because of this amount of dedication and devotion that I don't believe that we will see any success by BP in securing IMU in the immediate future.
That said, I do believe that a partnership with BP is far more likely in the nearer term as a partnership would no doubt permit the smart cookies at IMU the chance to see their work change lives as well as BP making money....
