Not really, the TGA will always follow FDA on approval using foreign data (very rarely it doesn't which is why a lot of biotech start-up companies will conduct clinical trials for FDA approval first instead of having to do clinical trial in different market to get their approval and then have to conduct them again for the US wasting time and funding).
