I for one won't be concerned about Leslie's bonuses, she could name her price as far as I'm concerned.
There are CEOs that say the right thing and others that can ramble on for ever about the savings they have made and the value the have added to the company.
Leslie is true to herself and all the people she deals with, she is consistent with her message and projects an image of stability and confidence.
As a shareholder these are the qualities you want in your CEO, and apart from that she has great faith in both the science and the team she has assembled.
