However this is the issue - when a company dual lists there is still one exchange that drives the other.
In the case of IHL they dual listed almost two years ago on nasdaq (via ADR) and stayed on Asx.
The result was that the ASX still drove the main action and kept pulling down the nasadaq listing into line. Abytime the nasdaq listing went up the next day teh Asx pulled it back.
This was because there is not a lot of volume on nasdaq with ADR mechanism. I think many in the US are reluctant at to use it.
Since then IHL has listed solely on nasdaq a week or so ago - it is up 3x since then - probably where it should’ve been on Asx.
I fear that a dual listing will actually change v little in regards to the continual undervaluing we see on the ASX
