Thanks for sharing. So Pembro given the nod to treat Biliary Tract Cancer (Bile Tract, Gall Bladder etc) with Chemo.

Pembro + Chemo combo led to a hazard ratio of .83 (reduced rate of ‘hazard event’ i.e death by 17%). Median overall survival was 12.7 months vs 10.9 months for chemo alone.

Grade 3 or 4 adverse effects in 79% of patients in Pembro + Chemo at .

No data of response rates from what I can see.

What everyone’s take on this?

In my mind it provides context around efficacy requirements for our upcoming expansion trial.

Can Vaxinia improve on this?

Arguably, we are already seeing better albeit in a couple of patients. So far a CR in IT arm (Cancer free for 200+ days) a SD in combo with Pembro. Out of 7 patients with gastrointestinal cancers Vaxinia currently has 86% response rate.

All this achieved with just flu like symptoms, that the patient fully recovered from…

Im quietly confident Vaxinia’s ability to turn cold tumours hot, at a much high dose (at least 50-100 times the dose of the CR), and with little to no side effects will allow it to “hit it out of the park” compared to Pembro + chemo.

Excited is an understatement.
