CF33 is the parent virus.
Vaxinia is CF33-hNIS.
CHECKvacc is CF33-hNIS-anti-PD-L1.
onCARlytics is CF33-CD19.

All 3 are separate and distinct drugs with the same common base of CF33.

Vaxinia is closest to the parent virus and for that reason is believed to be the most potent, however it is possible onCARlytics will be just as effective (or close to it) prior to combination with an anti-CD19, however clinical trials will need to asses that. It is therefore also possible Vaxinia will be superseded by onCARlytics due to the benefit from the ability to follow up with a CD19 targeting drug.

Whilst we will hopefully soon have a registrational trial for Vaxinia against bile duct cancer and possibly other indications, it will be many years and many clinical trials before we have a full understanding of the full potential of any of the drugs and therefore which of them, if any, will become a standard of care in any given cancer indication. The many Keytruda based clinical trials and and approval against additional indications is a good example of how any/all of the CF33 drugs will likely come to market.
