Zior, in essence I agree with your post. As noted in my response to @Jase99 the B cell drugs, like CF33/Vaxinia are designed to treat solid tumours. But you are incorrect in saying Azer cel is the only Imugene blood cancer drug. In certain instances both Imugenes B cell vaccines and CF33 may be capable of treating certain blood cancer indications, just as their competitors, the monoclonal antibodies Opdivo and Keytruda have been (i.e., with non Hodgkins lymphoma, specific blood borne skin cancers and leukaemia).. Imugene just has not chosen to trial these drugs on blood cancers as of yet, due to the huge unmet need that comprises the solid tumour market.
I am at work but shall elaborate on this a bit later.
