I agree, onCARlytics doesn’t have CF33 added to it, onCARlytics is CF33 with CD19 added. That was the the exact discussion Saul told me in November he had originally with YF on campus at the City of Hope when he suggested over lunch, "Why don't we add CD19 to it?" Obviously to target (et al... and so). Apologies if I misconstrued this.
But back to my initial post and the thread at hand. I do believe Imugene is now heavily reliant on the CF33 and in particular Vaxinia platform. That said this may not be such a bad thing. They would not be prioritising this study if they had seen any negatives associated with the OV. The FDA would not have granted Priority Review status had they not liked what they had seen. They would not be expanding the trial at no doubt great expense, were there deliberations and questions surrounding the drugs potential efficacy.
A few years ago many sailed away on the Her Vaxx then PD1 Vaxx boat in the hope of things to come. Now the CF33/Vaxinia boat is leading the Imugene race. I'm only hoping it brings home a ribbon or two, maybe even a Cup, for Imugene's sake.
