I think the start of 2024 is to be lit up by ongoing Vaxinia results and the prospect of further trial expansion into cancer indications showing promise in the current MAST Trial, in addition that is to the already designated bile duct pathway. Clearly Imugene is prioritising this trial, and for good reason. The goal should be to produce statistically relevant data for as many cancer indications as possible, creating sufficient meaningful data to warrant further priority review status determinations from the FDA. Obviously the forthcoming trial for the further 9 patients under review, in conjunction with ongoing data from the initial 25 patients assessed and peer reviewed, may provide an insight as to which pathway trial supervisors pursue next. Perhaps additional gastrointestinal patients could be added to the trial, should further positive signals be found in that tract of cancer.

IMO the Azer Cel drug is not set to obtain FDA status any time soon for the treatment of solid tumours, nor would I anticipate Oncarlytics receiving such status either. Azer Cel is and has trialled within the sphere of blood cancers, with solid tumour combinations spoken of though not even gazetted yet. IMO Imugene only has enough money to continue ongoing expansion in the existing Vaxinia MAST Trial, in addition to rounding out trials for its ongoing B cell, Oncarlytics and Azer Cel trials. I could not envisage any further pursuits without the need for further capital raises, which would definitely not be stomached by diluted IMU shareholders. Imugene needs to take Vaxinia to the defence line and deliver some penetration before opening another potential can of worms. Maintain the focus, deepen proof of concept for the Oncolytic Viral platform, and rivers of riches shall follow. If and when Vaxinia achieves FDA fast track designation and priority review status for a collective of cancer indications, the remaining platforms (i.e., Oncarlytics and Azer Cel), are sure to fall into line.

Is a Nasdaq listing on the cards in 2024? Most definitely. The JP Morgan Conference is set to be abuzz with discussion surrounding Yuman Fong's Vaxinia, and the potential to treat a broader cross section of solid tumours. As the virus replicates even further within late stage Vaxinia Trial participants, there is sure to be more data released in the fullness of time, adding to speculation of a listing on the large US Bourse. At present Imugene could hardly be seen as on the radar of many large US Funds, if one were to take the existing IMU - ASX register as a guide. However December's Fast Track Designation and Priority Review Status awarded by the FDA to this novel therapy, would no doubt have opened the eyes of leading healthcare analysts, in search of "the next big thing". It may well be simply a matter of time before Imugene's Mike Tonroe and perhaps even newly appointed director Kim Drapkin, amass the required support to make a leap across the ocean in search of deeper purses.

What happens then? Time shall tell. But I'm backing Professor Yuman Fong's potent parental oncolytic virus (OV) in to establish itself as the leading OV when it comes to treating solid tumour patients, by the end of 2025. Vaxinia's track record of turning tumours from cold to hot, rendering them easily identifiable to insurgents, is making the drug live up to its reputation as a leading OV candidate, capable of tackling other competitors, including but not limited to Herpes, Reo, Adeno and other OV's. Off the back of this milestone I would envisage the IMU Board partaking in a Nasdaq Listing to pursue the extension of Vaxinia's reach into clinical trial combinations with not only Keytruda and Oncarlytics, as they are at present, but clinical trials in combination with their own Azer Cel allogeneic therapy. A prospective Nasdaq Listing could give them the capital required to perform a large clinical trial to that effect, with the already existent excellent safety parameters complimentary to both drugs ensuring FDA support would over time be ensured.

With respect to the numbers, figures, discounted cashflows and valuations alluded to in your response to my post, I would suggest forecasting additional revenue from both Oncarlytics and then Azer Cel, in the treatment of solid tumours, may be rather premature. Much is dependant on the results in the existing Vaxinia (MAST) Trial. As unlikely as it is there may be toxicity found when Yuman Fong dials up the therapeuticeutic window in the existing Vaxinia (MAST) Trial. Existing patients may even regress, or see a worsening of their condition, should Vaxinia fail to replicate at the low doses administered thus far. Large funds need to visualise the crossing of these t's and dotting of these i's, before jumping is as it were. Therein lies the opportunity for retail and sophisticated investors who believe what Yuman Fong has been saying, to take advantage of the fact they are playing with their own money, as opposed to funds who are required to perform extraneous due diligence before investing "other people's money".

Once again that's all in my opinion, which as always must be taken in the context of your own research, when assessing this biotech stock with so so much promise.

I perhaps read this and jumped to the wrong conclusion. It’s a little misleading in that I took it as they intended to use Azer-cel in the treatment of solid tumours. Maybe you can get clarity from Yuman or perhaps you have already.
