I have never held a biotech that has sold or licenced off one part of its pipeline before? I have only held where there has been a total takeover.
So how would it play out if HerVax was licensed, with an upfront fee and then follow on payments? How would IMU then be valued and would part of that fee be paid as distribution? Would it be PE plus other IP value?
I like your research btw.
